All items listed on Beyond Deals represent verified, in-hand stock located within our United Kingdom warehouse facilities. All products and secure allocations are subject to availability.

Every lot undergoes a rigorous, multi-point physical check prior to cataloging and dispatch. Items are physically held and inspected in person — zero drop-shipping or virtual listings.

Products ship complete with original manufacturer box, structural inserts, and factory inclusions unless explicitly noted on the individual allocation page.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are prepared for same-day UK warehouse dispatch. Tracking parameters (Royal Mail / DPD) are transmitted via automated notification immediately upon courier hand-off, providing full door-to-door tracking visibility.

For international deliveries, all items are shipped with pre-cleared customs documentation where applicable. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier logistics, customs holds, or force majeure events once the parcel has successfully left our physical custody.

Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers enjoy full distance-selling protection, including a 14-day right to cancel and return from the date of physical package delivery.
